Registry Guidelines

Currently we only accept registrations for leagues that use Pogo and Yahoo game rooms..

Only an admin of a league can register your league's game rooms. It is recommended that each league choose one administrator to register the rooms. This is to prevent duplicate registrations. It is important each room you register is submitted on a separate registration form.

Due to the abundant amount of emails we are receiving each day, please allow up to two weeks for your rooms to be added to the listings. We are currently receiving about 100 registrations daily. Duplicate emails only slow the process down for others. If not listed in 2 weeks. Please use the contact us form and DO NOT resubmit. Thanks for your support!

Not all leagues list with Room Registry. So if a room shows no league listed, does not mean there is no league hosting in said room. You will still need to scout rooms properly.

When new games are released. This does take time to add the game to our site. This slowing down the process of getting entries entered.

Keep in mind. Our site is only a guide and does not protect your rooms you run tournaments in. This is your responsibility as Head admin of your league. We will be doing updates on a regular schedule of every 2 months. If your league's url fails to work properly when checking. League will be removed. We do use the 30 day abandonment rule for all leagues. If we find you have not hosted in 30 days. We will remove your league without notification.





Please follow directions and fill in all blanks.

To help keep our registry accurate, please let us know when you have deleted your league and what you have decided to do with the rooms in which you played in tournaments. It is your responsibility to let us know if the rooms were given to another league or open for any league. Please provide a list of all games~tabs~name of room, along with league name thru the contact us. Thanks for your cooperation with this matter.

Make sure the information you provide to be registered, reflects on location on your calendar. If it does not match....will not be registered. No exceptions! This is your proof of hosting in said room~game. Location should at all times reflect this as proof for your league. Example : canasta 2 ply~beg~blue angel. We will accept abbreviations for type of game and for the tabs. But room name must always match exactly. This will also help on matters of disputes between leagues.

Please do not use caps when filling out form!!! Form will be deleted!!!

Make sure you provide a correct email address for the Head Admin of the league. We have been getting alot of Mailer-Daemon for incorrect email addresses.

Please when entering your league address. Use the standard provided by your ladder organization. With using the others, your risking the chance of your league being removed if fails to work properly.

Make sure you do provide all tabs to the games that have more then one. On several occasions, leagues are not putting the second tab needed to find room. This causing more work for our volunteers to email you back to get this information. This will also delay in posting your entry.

IF switching rooms in the same game. Please make sure you provide this information under old location. Will need all tabs with the name of room.

To register your league for a room~game. You MUST 1ST COMPLETE a tournament in that room~game. The date you provide must be the date you completed that tournament. You can not submit a form if your league has not hosted in room~game. Try to register as soon as possible from the date you 1st hosted.

If your league shares with another league. Make sure you list the leagues URL address under current shares. Encourage the other league to submit as well. If you are listed as not shared and then later do share with another league. Contact us with your league name, their league name and the game~tabs~name of room.
