It is the goal of Room Registry to be a tool to make your search for a room easier. Not all leagues are listed on the Room Registry, which means if you do not see a league claiming a room on our listings it does not mean it is not taken. What we recommend you do at that point is to watch the room for several days to see if a league is hosting there. All effort should be made before claiming a room to comply with rules as set forth by your game league organization.
When you see a league is open to a room share you must contact the league directly. Do not contact League Room Registry; we have nothing to do with shared rooms, other than to record a league's willingness to share. You will find leagues that wish to share will have "Open" under "status". Should you decide to share a room; all details need to be agreed upon by both league administrations. League Room Registry will take no responsibility in obtaining an agreement nor will we be party to negotiations or disputes. If more than one league claims a room is occupied by their league only, neither the listing nor the share will be documented here until it has been confirmed by both leagues.
Temporary game rooms will not be added to the registry unless we receive a statement of occupation from a league.
Once again, to be clear, League Room Registry merely lists the information provided by leagues in an organized manor with the goal of making finding a room or room share easier to do. No claim is made that these room occupations are official. Only your league organization can determine that.
If you are not registered with the League Room Registry and you notice we have a league is listed in your room, please register your rooms with us as soon as possible. If your room is marked through Cases, simply send a screenshot of the marking and your league will be listed immediately. Please do not send threatening, nasty e-mails to us. We are only trying to be as accurate as possible and we can only do that with your support and information you give us. |
