Registry Policies
Please read all the information on this page because it contains pertinent information about registering rooms and the League Room Registry's position on a few key issues.
The staff at the League Room Registry is working very hard to encompass the entire online gaming community. We currently have registrations from MyLeague and Rankmonster, but we are expanding to other gaming organizations as the need develops. If we do not currently list your league organization, please register your rooms and we would be more than glad to include your organization. League organizations will be differentiated by color coding. MyLeague will be in black text, Rank Monster will be in dark red text, The Real Place will be in dark blue text, and Leaga League will be in dark orange text. We hope that this color coding will make it easier for you to find all the necessary information.
The League Room Registry will remain neutral in room disputes or disagreements. We believe that it should be the leagues' responsibility to dissolve these disputes in a peaceful and civilized manner. If more than one league registers a single room without letting us know about a room share, we will email the head admins of both leagues about the room in question. It will be each leagues responsibility to provide proof to us that the dispute has been resolved.
Listings with the League Room Registry do not stake a claim to a specific game room. The rules for claiming rooms set forth by your gaming league organization should be followed. If you have monitored a league that says the room was claimed via the room registry, please report them to us immediately and refer them back to this page of the League Room Registry.
Recently some of the members of gaming sites such as Pogo and Yahoo have developed a dislike to league involvement because of petty arguing and other irresponsible behavior. Please act responsibly so that we as league members are not targeted or known for ill behavior. This can be accomplished by being kind to all people in the room, even those that are not part of your league. Please practice good sportsmanship and show kindness to all. We also ask that all leagues and league members work together to keep tournaments fun, interesting, and fair.
The staff of the League Room Registry is devoted to helping the online gaming community. There is a lot of work that needs to be done, but this work can only continue with your support. This registry is a work in progress and it would be appreciated if all leagues understand that we only provide information that is given to us by registered leagues. It is our aim to be as fair as possible to all leagues. If you notice any errors, please let us know immediately and we will try to get it fixed as soon as possible.
